Join us for Popcorn, Paywall the Movie, and a discussion about 

Open Access and owning Y(our) knowledge!

Open Access Week [openaccessweek.org] is a global event that is an opportunity to learn about and raise awareness of Open Access: free, immediate, online access to scholarly research and the right to use that research as needed.

The 2025 theme, "Who Owns Our Knowledge?" explores this question through the focus, "Who Owns (Y)our Knowledge? The Importance of University Publishing," highlighting how scholars, libraries, university presses, and technologists are uniting to reimagine scholarly publishing in a more ethical manner.
